If you are a solo traveller exploring Whitby, our single sea-facing rooms offer the perfect base for you!

Each room boasts sensational views to the sea and with bay window seating you can kick off your shoes and sit back, relax with a cup of tea and those views!

Single Sea Facing Rooms (En-suite)

Room 6 is located on the second floor and Room 10 on the third floor. Both rooms have been refurbished and renovated for the 2021 season and feature an en-suite walk-in shower room with washbasin and WC, which complete the comfort package for your solo trip.

Single Sea Facing Room (Separate Shower Room)

Room 15 is our cosy single room located on the fourth floor. Decorated with a peacock theme it features a charming bay window with seating, where you can enjoy dazzling sea views.

Although the room has a sink in the bedroom, it is not en-suite. Instead you will find a private walk-in shower room opposite the bedroom. This is for the sole use of the guest occupying this single room.

On arrival you’ll find a well stocked refreshment tray in your room which is topped up daily with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits. We supply both sugar and sweetener (in case you are sweet enough).

In case you’d like to enjoy a glass of wine whilst enjoying the view, you’ll find wine glasses, as well as cups, saucers and water glasses. We also provide hair dryers and ironing boards in each room and an iron can be supplied on request.

You’ll find large, fresh, fluffy white towels and complimentary Aqua Viva shampoo conditioner and shower gel in your bathroom (let us know if you run out!).

All rooms have flat screen LCD televisions and complimentary WiFi.
