Perfect for families, friends, or small groups, our Family Rooms 8 and 12 offer a comfortable and flexible stay in a relaxed coastal setting, sleeping up to three guests with a double bed and single bed in each room.
Located on the third and fourth floors respectively, both rooms are thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming, practical, and homely – the ideal base for your Whitby getaway.
Room 8 (Third Floor)
Room 8 enjoys a cosy, characterful feel with a striking feature wall showcasing a large photographic print of Whitby Harbour entrance meeting the North Sea – bringing the dramatic coastline right into your room.
This room is finished with soft furnishings and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep after a day exploring the seafront, town, and harbour below.
The en-suite bathroom includes a bath with shower over, and the room is fully equipped with all the comforts you’d expect for a relaxing stay.
Room 12 (Fourth Floor)
Room 12 offers a warm, inviting interior with red, gold, and cream striped wallpaper, complemented by rich red cushions and soft magnolia walls. Elegant matching curtains and blackout blinds complete the space, creating a cosy and restful atmosphere.
This room features an en-suite shower room and provides a stylish yet comfortable retreat after a day by the sea.
In Both Rooms
Both Family Rooms include everything you need for a relaxed stay, including complimentary shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, fluffy white towels, and a hairdryer.
A well-stocked hospitality tray is provided on arrival with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits, topped up daily during your stay. Wine glasses, water glasses, and mugs are also provided for your convenience.
